Adoption Application Ratty Rat Rattery promotes responsible pet ownership. We want to ensure that all the rats we choose to bring into this world will be adopted by people who are knowledgeable about their needs and requirements and fully understand the commitment of having pets. This application is not meant to detour anyone from adopting rats, and if you've never owned rats, that's ok! We just want to make sure everyone learns about them first. Please note that your information is private, and we will not call you, or send you unwanted junk mail, nor will we give out your personal information to anyone else.

If you can no longer keep these rats, do you agree to contact Ratty Rat Rattery, and return them to Ratty Rat Rattery or give them to a home deemed appropriate by Ratty Rat Rattery, and NOT give them to a shelter, vet office, pet store, rescue, or another home not approved by Ratty Rattery?
Have you ever sold or relinquished a pet to a shelter, rescue, or vet office, or set a pet "free"?
Are you or anyone in your household allergic to rats?
Rat allergies are very common, when you pick up your new rats from us, it should NOT be the first time you handle or are around rats. Please help us avoid a situation where we have to take the rats back because you or someone in your house in allergic to them, make sure to have everyone in the house spend some time around rats prior to adopting them. ~Thank you!~
Do you plan to breed or show?
What is your rattery name, if applicable?
